In the south, there is an expression- “Peachy Keen” – meaning how great things are. This wedding was just that! From the perfectly peach shade of bridesmaids dresses and tiffany peach roses, the charming and delicious cakes, the fading of the fall leaves and then the fire truck exit. It was a Peachy Keen day in my book!
This day was completely planned by the bride with specific details in mind. The groom and his father even made the bar, hand stained by the bride, after she got the idea from…Pinterest of course! She looked at so many venues but ultimately came back to the same place she knew well. Her sister had married just 14 months prior and used the same venue for her reception. Some may say it was an odd choice, but me- I say it was a beautiful choice! It really did fit the look, the vibe, and feel that Lauren wanted. We were able to do different décor and could not have asked for a prettier day for weather.
It is always great when a bride picks some of your favorite vendors to work with too! This crew was fabulous as always!
